Accessing therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Online sessions are ideal for clients with busy schedules, mobility or transportation limitations, or anyone who feels more at ease in familiar surroundings. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and my approach translates seamlessly to virtual work, offering the same depth, safety, and collaborative support as in-person sessions. Telehealth makes it possible to show up for yourself no matter where you are.
